1. The first person to post a comment below gets to name the topic. Anyone, comedian or not, can name the topic. It has to be clean, and can’t be Tiger Woods.
2. The next part is open to all comedians. Write, perform and record material about the topic. Post it on Youtube, and email the link to me. You have until next Wednesday, June 30, 2010.
3. I’ll post the entries. Come back and vote for the winner. The winner gets respect among his or her peers.

I need to test the video posting capabilities of my new site. Here’s one of my all-time favorites, Tig Notaro’s “No Moleste.” I used to watch this video all the time; Tig’s writing, delivery and her perfect pauses are inspiring. I recently met Tig, and performed a few minutes in the same show, at the Hollywood Improv. That was awesome.
